The South Carolina E-Rate Consortium is dedicated to assisting the state's school districts, charter schools and library systems navigate the complex E-Rate program. To assist in this effort, the E-Rate Consortium conducts periodic trainings for consortium members and works to update the training resources provided below.

USAC Training Materials

There are many training resources available to E-Rate coordinators at South Carolina’s school districts, charter schools and library systems. We highly recommend that all E-Rate coordinators subscribe to USAC’s News Brief, which provides timely information regarding E-Rate rules and deadlines.

In addition, we also recommend watching the videos in USAC’s Online Learning Library. These videos will provide E-Rate coordinators new to the program with an excellent orientation to the complexities of the program.
